Bituminous Products
Patrick Bradley Ltd produces approximately 150000 tonne of bituminous products in a year. These consist of course, medium and fine graded base course and wearing course bitmacs, .
Patrick Bradley Ltd produces the full range of off the shelf redpe mix BS 594 hot rolled asphalt and BS 4987 macadam (bitmac). We also in-house technical expertise to design both asphalt and macadams to BS 598-107 to meet today's rigorous performance spedifications.

Stone Aggregates & Materials
Patrick Bradley Ltd have been producing quality Basalt aggregates for over 65 years. We produce approximately 350000 tonnes of aggregate each year. These are in various sizes of aggregates from 3mm up to boulders. All aggregates are tested in our in-house Laboratory and also independently, for grading,PSV (Polished Stone Value), AAV (Aggregate Abrasive Value), ACV (Aggregate Crushing Value), AIV (Aggregate Impact Value), etc and are all tested to the appropriate British & European standard. The quality of these aggregates is monitored through our ISO 9001:2000 Quality System. Patrick Bradley Ltd supply’s aggregates to both public bodies ie, DRD Roads Service, Water Service, Education Bodies and to private customers from individuals to private companies. Ready Mix Concrete
The most common form of concrete consists of Pottland cement, mineral aggregates and water. Contrary to common belief, concrete does not solidify from drying after mixing and placement. Instead, the cement hydrates, gluing the other com.
Concrete is used to make pavements, building structures, foundations, motorways/roads, overpasses, parking structures, brick/block walls and bases for gates, fences and poles. Concrete is used more than any other man-made material on the planet.
Trowel Ready Mortar
Patrick Bradley Ltd. Produce and supply trowel ready mortar for both building and plastering. These products are pre-mixed and ready to use when delivered to site in quantities to suit the customers requirements. The setting of the mortar can be retarded to ext and the working time available to the user (when suitably stored in tubs/skips) and starts to set as it loses water into the block or brickwork being laid. Normally the product is supplied to remain usable for up to 36 hours.

Technical Services
The technical division of Patrick Bradley Limited has been in operation for over 20 years, its primary duties are to maintain the high levels of quality materials that our customers demand and to give professional advice on specific products we produce.
Our aggregates are tested in house for grading, shape and other mechanical tests such as polished stone values, magnesium sulphate value, los angeles test, etc. are carried out by a third party UKAS accredited laboratory.

From this Patrick Bradley Ltd Homes was set up with a dedicated team appointed to produce top quality homes at competitive prices.
