In 2006 Patrick Bradley Ltd saw an opportunity to expand by developing ground and building houses. From this Patrick Bradley Ltd Homes was set up with a dedicated team appointed to produce top quality homes at competitive prices. Over the past year Patrick Bradley Ltd Homes has developed 4 sites, Beech Hill Court, Tobermore; Millbrook Gardens, Kilrea; Trinity Mews, Galgorm Road, Ahoghill; and Lisnagreen, Lisnagrot Road, Kilrea, with many more exciting new developments in the pipeline.

These sites all differ in style and size offering a wide range of designs for apartments, townhouses, semi-detached and detached homes with some being of traditional build and some of timber frame. Future developments include Phase 2 of Millbrook, Kilrea, Main Street, Dungiven, an exciting new development adjacent to the Castle and Kilmascally Road, Ardboe all coming soon.
